Webinar on Anti-Corruption Legislation and Professional Ethics by ICAC

Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) is hosting an event for HKAPI members on 8 October 2021 for helping members’ understanding of anti-corruption legislation in Hong Kong, with a focus on its implementation on our members’ daily operations.
Objectives:
1. Equip the participants with the necessary legal knowledge and practical skills on the relevant sections of Prevention of Bribery Ordinance;
2. Raise participants’ awareness of the corruption risks and related malpractices in the industries concerned
