The workshop took place at the Duke of Windsor Social Service Building in Wanchai. The Enlistment and Risk Sharing Task Force members shared with participants through presentations and Q&A; sessions. Topics discussed included fast-tracking the enlistment process in Hong Kong, developments in market access environment, safety net, different types of risk sharing agreements and how to engage the Hospital Authority in reaching a risk share agreement. Participants were grouped together by subject to explore six case studies in two breakout sessions in which attendees had a chance to discuss their views on proposing enlistment plans and risk share agreements.
